To start with, if it is the fatty tissue, then the surgeon will make a hole that is not as deep as you would with a silicone implant. Between one hour and one hour and thirty minutes, the procedure will be through, leaving behind a small scar in one side of the chest. This scar is estimated at 5mm.
For the second option, you will have the incision measuring 4 mm and is usually done in the armpit region and in some exceptional cases, where the chest and the pectoral meet-usually along the crease.
Progressively, the indefatigable Dr Barnouti will make a pocket after lifting the tissue in the pectoral as well as the skin. Then, the implants are placed in the right place such that you will not ordinarily be able to detect them through processes such as palpitation. At most, this procedure will take you no more than 2 hours.
