Dr Zoe Potres
Dr Potres graduated from the University of Adelaide Dental School in 2004, after working in Adelaide Dr Potres and Sydney for a number of years, she went on to complete a three year Clinical Doctorate in Prosthodontics at the University of Sydney.
Dr Potres has over 10 years of clinical dental experience and received extensive training in advanced crown & bridges, dental implants, veneers and TMJ disorder.

NURSES
Marjan
Marjan trained as a cosmetic nurse with Juv’ae and progressed to a Post Graduate Degree, followed by a Master’s Degree from JCU. She has many years of experience in aesthetic injectables, working with several highly regarded industry leaders in cosmetic surgery and anti-ageing procedures.
Shirley Tam
Shirley Tam is a very experienced and dedicated nurse. Graduated as an Enrolled nurse in Hong Kong in 1984 after completing 3 years course in nursing at the Nethersole School of Nursing in Hong Kong.
After graduation, she worked in many university hospitals such as Tung Wah Hospital and Baptist Hospital. Migrated to Sydney Australia in 1988 where she worked for L’Image Cosmetic Surgery for 12 years as a duty nurse. In 2009 and 2011 commenced working in Kingsgrove Day Hospital and Australia Plastic Surgery as a theatre nurse for cosmetic plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Julie Nguyen
Julie commenced her career in the beauty industry over 12 years ago, transitioning to the cosmetic medical industry, due to a deep passion for the plastic surgery field and experiencing firsthand the reward associated with the beneficial impact it can have on patients.
As our office administrator, Julie possesses strong interpersonal skills, concise communication skills and a pleasant and compassionate demeanour. She is responsible for all administration management aspects of the practice. Julie’s passion and administrative skills ensure that all patients receive exceptional service and care every time you visit us at Australia Plastic Surgery.
Jessie Elliott
After being in the beauty industry, Jessie developed a keen interest in the field of plastic surgery.
As Dr Barnouti’s personal assistant, Jessie is dedicated to ensuring each patient who contacts the clinic is accommodated for.
Jessie works very closely with Dr Barnouti to ensure all patients receive the utmost care by being there to answer any queries you may have and as a support not only in the lead up to surgery but also postoperatively.
